Šljive
Postoji 140 vrsta šljiva, a sve su bogate ugljikohidratima, imaju nisku razinu masnoća i kalorija, pune su vitamina A, C i E, kalcija, magnezija, vlakana i kalija. Odlične su za srce, probavu, kosti, vid i pamćenje.

Grožđe

Bogato je kalijem, manganom, vitaminima C, B1 i B6, biljnim vlaknima, kalcijem i željezom. Istraživanja su pokazala da crno grožđe povećava razinu melatonina, hormona neophodnog za dobar san. Kožica crnog grožđa sadrži antioksidanse koji sprečavaju nastajanje tumora, bolesti srca i moždani udar.

Naranče su bogate vitaminom C, B1, B9 (folnom kiselinom) i A, kalijem, kalcijem i vlaknima.

Jabuke

Vlakna iz jabuke smanjuju loš kolesterol i sprječavaju nastanak srčanih oboljenja. Obiluju vitaminima C, A, E, K i B, mineralima (kalij, magnezij, fosfor, željezo). Sadrže mliječnu, limunsku i jabučnu kiselinu koje pomažu u procesu probave. Opskrbljuju organizam energijom, sprječavaju umor i razbistruju um.

Dunje

Plod dunje obiluje vitaminima i mineralima. Sadrži vitamin C u velikim količinama, potom vitamine B1, B2, niacin, karoten, kalcij, magnezij, kalij, bakar, natrij, cink, željezo i mangan. Osim toga, sadrži proteine, dijetalna vlakna, ugljikohidrate i posve malo masti.
